Needless to say, KR has not inherited either one of our curly/wavy hair. She’s got the Campbell [that’s her maternal grandmother’s side] gene when it comes to straight hair! *lol* The only time you can spot a curl is right after she’s up from her nap and the back of her head is all frizzy from sleep. But other than that, it’s as straight as straight can be. Like Chinese hair, so to speak! *lol*

There’s a belief that the curlier a child’s hair is, the naughty they are. Putting that into context where both the girls are concerned, I think it speaks the truth!!! While Arianna can sometimes be the demon child incarnate, KR is placid and pleasant 95% of the time. Of course this could mainly be because she’s just a baby for now and her demands are mostly attended to immediately while Arianna just wants everything done yesterday! Thank goodness she’s got some good days or I would have auctioned her off on eBay a long time ago. Not that I wasn’t tempted to many times prior to this. *lol*

Another thing I get asked is if she’s a boy or girl and I guess I’m not surprised why I can asked this :

So I try my best to make her more girly girl and yesterday, I went all out.

There’s no way anyone could even think that she isn’t a girl coz if they did, I’d punch them in the mouth!!

Was just telling Ted that I think KR will grow up into this girly girl kinda person. Just like how sis and I grew up. I was mostly a tomboy wearing short for most of the time while sis was more into skirts and dresses. You could never catch me wearing a skirt or dress at home, no way! And you could count with your fingers the number of times I wore a nightdress to bed. I only wore dresses or skirts if my mum made me, otherwise, it was always genes or shorts. Even today I prefer pants over skirts and dresses although I am more inclined to dress in them every now and then these days. After all, any man would like to see their partner dress up every now and then, right?
