Yesterday, I heard the bestest news ever from my best friend! We met when we were in college and although we didn’t hit off on the spot – I thought she looked weird dressed up in those really silly elephant pants, somehow, we ended up being the best of friends!

We share all our secrets, hopes and dreams, heart aches and heart breaks, and most of all, we share our happiness and I dare say that she is the other sister I wished I had – I have a younger sister, you see. Anyhow, yesterday she told me excellent news which is….she’s is expecting her 1st baby!!! How exciting is that????

I was over the moon and still on this baby-high really. lol You’d think that I was the one having the baby. Although I cannot afford to get her any certified diamonds, I’m certainly looking forward to making some clothes for her baby. I don’t know if she reads this blog but I hope not! At least KR will have a playmate about her age. Can’t wait to see bub…I think she/he should be arriving in Sept so I told her to hang on and have bub on 22/9 – my birthday! lol
