We’ve been planning to get our own place soon what with the baby coming soon as we’re currently renting. Hopefully we’ll be able to get a more spacious home so that baby can run around and we don’t have to pile box on top of box, just to store all our stuff.
A dream home to me would come in the form of having one of those Charlotte Golf Homes in North Carolina. It’s gorgeous there!! It’s luxurious…..it’s got beautiful French chateauesque designs….and it’s got it’s own golf course too! I bet Ted would love to get a home there because he absolutely loves playing golf. And I can already envision him teaching our little bub how to hold a gold club and swing it just right to get a hole-in-one! Such a cute snapshot in my mind.
Charlotte Real Estate has listed many phases for their homesites, it’s right from Phase 1 [where my dream home is] right up to Phase 5, where it has some of Longview’s largest homesites which are priced from upper $600′s. Most of Phase 2 and 4 have been sold out….and mind you, the prices don’t seem to matter at all.
Now if only we would strike the Oz Lotto which is currently running at the jackpot of AUD9 million….

i wish ler, last few weeks, the canadian 6/49 lotto was at est $40 million bucks!!!!! and the jackpot winner was 1 person, i dont know if its one person or a group of people but they state 1 jackpot winner…imagine eh?

damn!!!! the oz lotta was AUD20 mil some time ago but it got shared out in the end i think. not too sure….
