Unofficially hers
Guess I got my first taste of being a Mum on Mother’s Day. Not only was everyone wishing me ‘Happy Mother’s Day’, I was given a gift last night when Sis and I took Mum out for dinner at my Uncle’s joint, Kofi Haven. It was a buffet dinner and it was pretty good actually…..the music was good too.
All mothers were given a door gift and since I am now 2/3 on the way of becoming one, my Uncle gave me the pressie in advance. By the way, the gift turned out to be an apron. Must be his way of telling me to be prepared to be cooking lots!! Haha…come to think of it, I could also use it as a shield from the food throwing I can expect too! 
This is going to be a tough position to fill!
There is no food like mummy’s cooked food - that is what my son is going through now and my wife have to think of new ideas to vary the dishes just to get him to eat…haha
easy lah.. the best things about kids, they dont know anything beyond mamak stall or restaurant if you cook at home.

I am sure you’ll be a fantastic mom! And your kiddie will LOVE your homemade food and refuse to eat anything else! (lol kidding).
