We are officially 12 weeks so off we went for our nuchal scan and blood test. Although this is not the first time we’ve seen Peanut, Peanut looks more like a baby than at 6 weeks!

It was really cute that during the scan this little one actually waved at us. It was a pity the doc wasnt in time to snap a shot of it. But we do have the DVD which we still havent seen yet! lol
Things are looking good – the fluid in the neck is thin which means that chances of a Down Syndrome child is less but only the blood test will give us a more definite answer but its not 100%. I am not *overly* concern as both Ted and I dont have family members who have Down Syndrome plus where age is concerned, I think I’m still ok. But still…there is always a chance of it happening, however we can always hope for the best.
