Ever since she was born, Arianna has always been Daddy’s girl. They have a very special bond between them which I reckon was formed right after she was born and me getting whisked away to the OT for a procedure. In Ted’s own words, “It was as if we only had each other left in the world when they took you away”. He was worried and I wasn’t surprised seeing the amount of blood I had lost during and more after the birth PLUS the nurses couldn’t get my pressure on their machines. Ted said that it was only that I was awake that he knew I was ok else he would have thought I had died! How crazy is that – the amazing human body.
Anyway, the Parramatta Eels are playing today at Parra Stadium and Ted’s been carrying on about taking Arianna. I am not happy about it because firstly, it’s winter and bloody cold without being OUTSIDE and secondly, she’d be bored – I was at my first game coz I didnt know jack about what was going on! But Ted insisted and Arianna was more than excited to go so off they went.
Daddy and Arianna off to her first Eels game which I reckon will be many more of in the future. 
We are all Eels fans and wouldnt dare dream of supporting any other team!! *We do want a roof over our heads especially during winter, you know?*
Apparently they had a blast although Arianna had to end up sitting on Ted’s lap throughout the game as their seats were right against the fence and it was too high for Arianna to look over. I can just imagine her covering her ears each time Ted gets overexcited! Poor little thing…..but the main thing was that she actually enjoyed herself so I can’t really say No next time.
