It’s been a long and tough journey but I do hope to see the end of the tunnel in a week or so. I’ve been trying to toilet train KR for as long as I can remember and more often than not, it has been unsuccessful. To console myself, I remind myself that perhaps she is not ready – after all that is the most used reason as to why it doesnt work on kids.
I have always blamed myself for trying to start TT with KR too early and that is why I dont keep at it, fearing that it would put pressure on her and she might not do it at all. But since yesterday, my efforts and persistence is slowly paying off.
Although I had to sternly coax her (force her really) to use the potty, she did a few tiny wees which I was quite happy with. But she finally did a proper one today and so far, no accidents! 
So there is progress although not far along, we’ll get there soon enough. She is still in diapers during nap time but that will take time for now, I’m glad that at least we’re down to one less nappy.
As for Arianna, she is fully nappyless during the day but not at night. I might start her night time training this week seeing that she starts preschool on Wednesday. O the jitters!!
